Atticus aka Atti

Atticus was named after the famous book character, Atticus Finch, from To Kill a Mockingbird. I wanted him to have a strong name and he has certainly lived up to it. Nowadays, he responds to Atti or Boogie, but Atticus is his given name.
He was adopted on July 12th and has been a pleasant addition to the family. After a rough beginning thanks to our other pit bull, Atti has really become quite a wonderful pet.
He spends his days listening to music and watching tv. His favorite show is The Nanny but he'll watch anything that will make him laugh. His afternoons and evenings are spent chasing his older sister, Raleigh, around the yard grabbing at her ears, feet, and tail.
Atti loves to eat.... if it were up to him, he'd eat all day long. One of his favorite treats is ice cubes but he's also impartial to Kong stuffing (the peanut butter kind), Bacon beggin' strips, and Wishbone dog treats.
Atti is still very much a puppy and unfortunately hears the word "NO!" frequently when he bites instead of licks, or chews up his mommy's shoes and other things he shouldn't be touching. He's a quick learner and usually figures out what he can and cannot do after 1 scolding.
