Pit Bull in Santa HatAs Christmas fast approaches, we wanted to make sure that your pit bull was well taken care of.  Its easy to forget him in the hustle of the holiday season.  So here is a list of things that you can give your canine friend for Christmas, and most don't even require a trip to the store.

  • Time on the couch.
  • Snuggle time on the couch his or her human.
  • A new tug-of-war toy.
  • Tug-of-war time, preferrably with new tug-of-war toy.
  • More time on the couch.
  • New strangers or visiting relatives to lick.
  • A long walk outside.
  • Tug-of-war while on the couch.
  • A new puppy friend from a rescue shelter.
  • More time on the couch.

And last but not least:

  • Nap time on the couch just after a human has warmed up the cushion and gotten up for a bathroom break.

My pit bull, Jade, is getting bags of treats & a huge chew bone, along with her terrier mix brother, Scruffy. Jade already hogs up the entire sofa and also thinks my daughters bed belongs to her & she just lets my daughter sleep there with her! LOL

Haha, this is so true. We got our pitty a new bed and lots of treats! We love our baby girl so much.

Piper owns the couch, the bed, the chair and just about everything else in the house. She just lets me stay with her and sleep in her bed. She's sweet like that!

J is getting a Kong and the Unbreakoball plus a few packs of his favorite treats and whatever his grandparents get him :)

Libby is getting a new toy that squeaks (what was a thinking, but she loves those so much. We are also enrolling her in training classes and giving her, her first sleepover at daycare this week (I don't think she will even miss us since she will get the spend the whole day with all her friends). We will also do a lot of cuddling and playing on Christmas Eve with her before we leave town...wish she could go with us.

Both of my dogs got.. new food/water bowls, each have new sweaters for the winter,a food storage bin, My older little man got a nice leather collar because he is done growing and the little pumpkin got a cute little pink collar, they each got leather leashes that will last,oodles of new toys!,new id tags, and each are getting micro-chipped :}

I won't really remember everything I got them until they open them all !

I got my Bella a HUGE cow bone, a new bed, a New kong toy, and unfortunatly, she gave herself ringworm. So we got her 200 dollars worth of meds for christmas Also !

i got my pit jake 3 bags of treats and a tug a war rope. i wraped tem all together he wripped into and grabbed the rope and started playing with it. it was perfect the way he opened it he did better than me and it was his first time.
