Help Please Need ideas...

I had just moved into a appartment area i had talked to the landlord about my pitbul staying there at first he said yes a couple days later he called me and said no that someone called and complained that i had a pitbull the landlord argued that it would raise there insurance and if i wanted he would return my money and cancle the lease but we JUST moved in i dont wana move again it sux there are other pitbulls on the premesis but he says there grandfathred in that theve been here before he owned it... i dont wana get rid of my dog hes family i have 3 kids and they love there pitbul...
